Non residents welcome Wednesday to Saturday evenings 6pm to 8.30pm for food, A la carte menu
We do a carvery on the first Saturday night of every month

The Chequers Inn's famous, well established Carvery with head chef Michael Walker serves freshly roasted locally sourced joints of meat which include:
- Tender Topside of Roast Beef
- Succulent Roast leg of Pork with crispy crackling
- Breast of Roast Turkey
All served with truly generous gigantic freshly made Yorkshire Puddings, a choice of seasonal vegetables, roast or creamy mashed potatoes, sauces and home made gravy.
Complemented by a heavenly choice of gorgeous, freshly prepared deserts.
